Reading over the comments and lol'ing. I'm the Claire cosplayer and we didn't get paid. It was three in the morning and I happened to be psyched to be interviewed in costume, because I've always wanted to.

They edited anything that could be considered "bad" or whatever to the publicity of the movie. When they asked me to explain the plot, I ended up tripping over my own tongue because there isn't a plot. Did you see that there? TL;DR - They edited to make the movie look good.

i'm a HUGE fan of the games and i HATED this movie. Afterlife sucks!

I honestly Love the games, I played the original firrst one before any of the others,I find the movies enjoyabale,But if i were watching them thinking "Oh my god this is nothing like the game" I would hate it,But i Tell myself to remeber that its NOT the game,And realy its like its own separeat thing.

This movies have never been meant to be incredibly smart films, it's pure entertainment.

When Nightmare on Elm Street was first released it was also marketed as "based on true events"

The movie suckssss!!!! storyline was weak.  With the amount of technology available and the advancement of computer graphics this movies special effects suck balls! Fake BG looked more like cheap photoshop matte paintings. bad digital composites and the acting, dog shit! and the fact that the movie was wrapped up with no ending is poor direction, Fucken Matrix reload all over again. Piece of shit!
