@waste0fspais ok so youre waiting for the second coming, right? you talk of a need for excitement in lives? well, if people were living lives NATURALLY and not zombified by the system there would be no wish for escapism. All you have to do is look to who benefits from the system? And you talk of Tsarion making money? you obviously dont see the dichotomy that to live any semblance of normality you have to be a part of the system, it requires money! fight against the system youre part of!

@Hashishin13 What you said doesnt make much sense. First, all non-profits get tax benefits from the government, churches included. no special treatment here. Second, you must respect freedom of speech. This is you cannot abolish any religion just because you dont like it. Third, there is no conflict between technology and religion. Many churches have web sites and email address. If anything goes wrong, it's the people behind it.

How do I know the world would be better off without organized delusion? I know this because its rational thinking that is extending our lifespans, getting us better fed and housed and has provided for both you and I the miraculous machine sitting in front of us that allows light speed communication across the globe. Religions have been around for thousands of years and when they were powerful technological progress stagnated and they oppressed and tortured non-believers.

@xterminator069 Did you even read what I said about Canada? I said in Canada religions get a free ride, how is that like the USSR? If you had actually read what I said, you would know that I want religions to be treated the same as any other organization, they should pay taxes, not be a tax deduction and get no favors from government.

@Hashishin13 when was the last time you changed someone? if people are willing to accept change, there will be no religion today. the communists know this and abolish religion by brute force using their people and call this democracy. i would rather have free will than democracy. Canada is just a step or two from communism. Dont believe me? all communist states begin socialist then democracy then tyranny. when telling others what to do dont work, they want the gov to "take over".

@xterminator069 To clarify, I'm not saying we should abolish religion like the communists did, by killing religious people and destroying churches I think it should be abolished from within by showing it's followers that it is false, and unnecessary. I also think that religions should be made to bear the full cost of their existence, here in Canada the churches don't pay taxes and donations are tax write offs, how is that fair to the non-religious?

@xterminator069 Its a lie, if you think believing in a lie is what got you through hard times then what you are really doing is drawing strength you had to begin with and attributing it to a fictional character. Its demeaning, and lessening yourself, since it was you that got you through the addiction and not "the grace of god". Sure bad people can use religion to do even worse things then it would normally do, but its a falsehood all by itself and demeaning to its followers.
