I think someone threw a rock at a horn .Besides that, just give it new berrings and a rust-proof paint job, and it's as good as new, sort of .

Did it fall down or something? I saw that happen to a 2T22 in Georgia. They had to tear off nearly half of the projector cones. It probably isn't there, even though it still worked perfectly. This siren's probably going to be replaced, too. By a Modulator or some sort of Whelen, I'd assume.

The beginning sounded like a cow mooing, but it definitely sounds like a very healthy siren! And yes, it does have a long wind down. It's kind of nice, especially when the wind up is just as long.

Man I love STL-10s, they're like the Energizer bunny of old sirens...their wind downs keep going, and going, and going for seemingly ever!
