Thats the thing about bicycles as long as you take care of them there almost indestructible. Nic vid that's what I call recycling.

That's awesome... my uncle just gave me a 73 varsity 12 speed, almost the same color, except for mine looks a little darker, maybe it's just cuz you're out in the sun and I haven't seen mine in natural light yet. Man! I can't wait to get rolling on it. I like how you got the rack on there, I was thinking I'd have to do something similar, and now I know it works!
I got a lot of work to do though!

I just bought a 1964 Schwinn Super Sport off of Craigslist. French derailleur, (Suntour "Sprint,") German brakes, (Weinmann,) Swiss "rat trap," (Pletsher) on the back, Japanese brakes and wheel hubs, (Shimano) and an English Brooks saddle. Full chrome dipped front fork, hand-welded molybdenum frame by Schwinn in Chicago. 1.25" wide tires, and they hold 90psi of air! Handlebars like yours. Love em. Love your bike too. Beautiful green.
Nice to see someone who can resist going with the mainstream and turning a good bike into a fixie.
