In the description he has "-manipulated luck"

That means he's doing a tool-assisted run.  He's using his emulator savestates to reload if something doesnt go as planned.

how is this possible? I used to play this game 24/7 when I was in highschool and I could beat the whole game in less than 4 hours but i never beat the WHOLE game without getting hit.
