Department of Homeland Security and death camps, patriots, coffin liners, mass graves OH MY!

The Stench of Truth 134. I go above the head of FEMA to the DHS for answers on the FEMA camp issue. Go to http:// www.dhs.gov click on the CONTACT US link and then click FOIA for an online form to request information. You can't ask qyestions!?!? You have to submit a "perfected FOIA", you have to provide certain information. It's a big long story but I do encourage everyone that watches to contact them and demand answers! I will not be shooed away and I will not accept anything less than some type of answer even if it is a lie. This will give us some basis for discussion and research.

It is believed that the documents in question would be under the FEMA department of DHS but may be under a different authority.

Copies of all documents, laws, authorizations (such as executive orders), internal directives, legislative directives that are not laws, and component DHS or FEMA or other department of DHS records that give authorization for or discuss the use or acquisition of land for the establishment of camps, or detainment facilities, internment facilities, facilities for housing people under any circumstances, (or the material that previously authorized the purchase of the land and the building of the facilities if the land and facilities are already in existence, or the documents which will enable DHS or any component thereof to acquire land and or establish facilities in the future if certain conditions are met, and what those circumstances are) and where the land and or camps are located, how they are operated, exactly who would be held at or live in the camps or facilities or on the designated land, the circumstances that will activate the camps or facilities and who would run the camps and how long they would remain in service.

All records, laws, internal memos, directives, executive orders and the like which give the DHS or FEMA or any DHS subagency the authority to acquire land for the purpose of digging mass graves to dispose of large numbers of people in any event, whether man-made or natural. Documents which detail where the land is, under what circumstances the land will be used, how the graves will be used, and the costs and method of maintenance of the land and attendant facilities.
Documents, directives, laws, internal memos, plans, or other supporting material that authorizes the DHS or FEMA or any agency of DHS to purchase or make available any number of coffin liners or burial vaults in the event of any calamity, whether man-made or not, and under what circumstances such coffin liners or burial vaults will be used, and where they are stored or will be stored until needed.
All documents, directives, laws, internal memos,or plans to use interstate rail for the purpose of transporting any number of people from one location to another in the event of man-made or natural disasters, or for the purpose of detaining or housing said people for any period of time for any other purpose (such as people who are designated as being "terrorists" and/or a "threat to the security of the US") and under what circumstances the rails will be used, for how long, and when said program would cease to function.

I am seeking documents that either authorize projects that are already in place, currently planned for, or anticipated for the future.

not sure if its related, but i ran into a gov. run facility in the middle of nowhere in La.

was trying to find a RR crossing due to my job, was in the middle of NOWHERE deep in the woods. Was posted just like the area 51 sign, no name posted! looked like a prison and was HEAVILY fenced with razor wire!! wanted to look around a little but was a little nervous!!
