The opening of the dimension portal was one of my most favourite parts of Back To Earth. Brilliant quality on Android! Thanks mate!
By the way, the music played during the opening of the portal js called "Cold City" by David O'Brien (for those of you in frustration searching for the soundtrack!)

@bluejeckett series 7 did have a laugh track, they didn't record with a laugh track but the series was put out with a laugh track at least, this one just didn't have it at all

The main ranting and raving people make about this is that there was no laughter track and yes that made you feel more like you were in a sitcom but its equaly valid to say its fine without it, theres no right or wrong, series 7 went without it and everybody lived another day, its just about dougs distorted vision of dwarf as smthing aproaching dramedy that makes it feel wierd without one, the sooner he just refocuses and gets back to straight sitcom the better. Thye psi scan joke was best here

@glufflover It was lacking some heart wasn't it? I mean, everytime a joke was made, I WANTED that laugh track to cue up... and when it didn't, my heart just kind of fell flat.

@sperrin Are you, and everyone else who has made the same comment, stupid or just obtuse?
It is an experience of the show. The laugh track added a more impluaible sensibility to the world of nonsense depicted in the show.. That laughter was as much a character as Rimmer, kat, lister, and Kryten. (I omitted the chick for a reason... HATE her character.)
Wanting the laughter in the mix, has absolutely NOTHING to do with needing to be told what is supposed to be funny.
You kid, are a tool.
