@kupfernikel I first heard them while looking up the name Hellbenders based on artwork by Bicicleta sem Freo, though this was not the band they were working with... very confusing.

@diblaudiblau I thought that it was in their catalog too, but I can't seem to locate it. This CD had some fantastic hollow-body/tube amp/tremolo guitar work. Silly lyrics, but wicked awesome tunes.

@kupfernikel I was confused as well. It seems there was more than one band named "The Hellbenders" at one point in time, though to my knowledge this one is no longer around.

@syedsaim I love the galloping beat that sets it apart from surf rock. Yeah, I could imagine this playing as the last of the banditos were cornered and gunned down.

@kupfernikel The atmosphere of the song is great. You can taste the dust and imagine the sun beating down.
