The Occupy Wall Street Movement and its adjacent spinoff movements are gaining not just speed, but their demands as well. Bank of America, who makes money on each debit card transaction a customer makes, has caved in on its plans to charge Americans a fee just for having a debit card. In addition to Bank of America caving in on their debit card fees, so have Chase and others. The Movements urge Americans to put their assets in smaller local banks, family banks and Credit Unions that don't charge ridiculous fees. Eventually, if protests continue, as they should, corporate America will be forced to cut their greed and stop bilking the Taxpayers who bailed them out of their collapse.
