in Ras Kass's line "F the po-Lice" thats a common terminology amongst blacks to refer to racist ass white officers of the law b/c #1 racist white folks would always utilize their power to degrade & demonize blacks so blacks in return would form our own perceptions in a REACTIONARY frame of thought. we all know that whites can get lice due to the texture of their hair blacks cant & so it was a slick ass metaphor that dissed white po-Lice officers on the sly

just like blacks down south we call the police them 'crackas' b/c that is the nature of the power structure in 'america' no matter if the police is black brown, or yellow they all congregate to uphold the white way of life
