This is the best scene ever because it made Derek appear human. A real person has up and downs and this is something his character needed.

@rraacchheelleelliizz It was one of the patients from the clinical trial that he and Meredith was doing... all of the candidates for the trial had tumors and the first "bunch" of them died so he thought that he was killing people by doing something he loved and by trying to cure them...

Kind of insensitive, I know this case was important to Derek, but me and my sister have no patience for him this way. I think he's being kind of pathetic....

Give him a break you guys! The lawyers obviously made him believe that he is kind of a murderer and he feels desperate! He loves his job and now he thinks that the thing he loves is killing people! He is desperate and drunk... Besides... Meredith has been pathetic in the past so she is doing the right thing now by being there for him...

Nooooo, so sad. I hate Derek this way. He should be bright and shiny! Meredith can me like this, because she's always the one with problems and Derek helps here fix it. He shouldn't be so sad and angry and drunk.

I know... well it is just a phase... I believe that Izzie will need a surgery that only he will be able to perform and he is going to make his comeback!
