I did 30 day shred level1 for 30 days ,, Then for a week i have done level 2 ..I plan on finishing level 2 in 30 days then onto Insanity to tone up even better ...

  • a ppund a week but i didn't have a great diet plan just cut back on junk food.. by the end i lost around 18 pounds..Now I am pregnant so I will have to start up again and really kick it up a gear to get my body back... I didn't post any other pics but if I can find the cd I put them on then I will post them of when I finished the program.. I love jillian michaels workouts they really get you moving..plus having 2 kids and one on the way you can fit her workouts in no problem..

  • yeah but if you are just starting out some people can't move that fast to the next level ..Level 3 is challenging and it may take an extra week to move onto next level..Everybody is different and I say as long as your working out who cares how you do it as long as your doing a workout... I now do p90x and its a great thing I started with 30 day shred cuz p90x is a awesome workout... I say go at your own pace only you know your body :)

  • @karlajamaica yeah i have been doing the program for 47 days straight &I try to watch what I eat but I am not too good at that..I have lost around 5 lbs &3 inches off waist & 2 inches off hips..So I'm happy with those results plus I havent stuck to any diet just drink water NO pop & no desserts well every now and then won't kill ya.I switched to whole wheat bread &eat more fruit,But I suggest you start with level 1 for 30 days then move to level2 &so on.i start p90x next week good luck

  • That's great were u doing any other workouts like extra cardio with that I am doing it 5 times a week so far lost half a pound and I am looking at my diet as well!

  • I also disagree that Level 3 is the easiest one. Everyone's different, that statement applies to you.

  • Move up to level two when level one becomes easier but still challenging. I did 30 Day Shred 2-3 times a week throughout last summer in addition to other workouts and really benefited from it. by the end of the summer I was doing Level 3. Now that I can do all three levels, I'm committing to 30 days straight (except Sundays for religious reasons). 5 weeks of 6 days, and I do each level two times - 123123. When I'm done I will get the Ripped in 30 DVD if my knees aren't completely destroyed...

  • LEvel 3 is like the most easiest one.. trust me! i KNOW!

  • wow ! that's crazzzy good results ! i can't wait to start mine! im doing the 30 day shred first, then doing p90x :)

  • you are supposed to do level one for 10 days...level 2 for 10 days and then level 3 for 10 days...equaling 30 days..not 30 days to each level
