She is in fact being taken seriously....the military were not laughing when they rescinded the deployment orders of the Officer.
The reason they did that is because Obama would be forced respond to the litigation and appear in court and show his Long form birth cert.
This was a big win for Orly Taitz since it proved that there was substance to her case...and many people have noticed including CNN's Lou Dobbs.
