sony vegas pro 9/10 tutorial 1, basic editing

this is a Sony Vegas tutorial on how to add text, add video FX and transitions, slow motion and cut videos, and add music to videos, this is my first tutorial there will be more out, the audio in this video was recorded with an iPod touch 3rd generation 32GB and i used cam studio as my screen recorder. this video was also edited with Sony Vegas pro 9.

Great video! Really helped a lot, but how do I mute the other clips if they have noise? Sorry I use Final Cut but my boss got me Sony and I'm new to it. Thanks!

@BitersPhotography on the clip you want, look to the left of the video track where all of the buttons are and there should be a circle with a line through it, that mutes the track

LOL what's a young feller like you doing with an all greatest early 70s music track playing on your vid? Great music mate. I'm trying to understand your directions with the trial version of Vegas 10 I just downloaded. Seems pretty clear, ta, but I'm thick as shit unfortunately. Anyways cheers for now.
