An Air Force ATC screws up big time, almost causes a collision. He issued a landing clearance to the right side runway with another aircraft on final. (HATR: Hazardous Air Traffic Report). Got it from Military.com

"Sorry about that"? Air traffic controller did a similar thing this year and almost put two C-17's into a 777 off Long Island NY. Thankfully their TCAS worked as advertised. This proably happens more than we are aware.
