I got a lot of calls and emails from a lot of viewers as to how I can use a counterclaim in a criminal action when it is used only in civil actions.

  • ANY chance I could get copies of your paper work ( you can black out whatever you like...that is the easiest way I can learn..?

  • @darthcom1 What are you replying to?

  • @FoxeoGames so you uh FORCED them to sign

    and voided the agreement

    way to go you ass

  • @TheMrfrawg Hopefully you will not ever be placed in the situation where you will have to make war with them. I can tell you that judges and police get very angry and even violent when you show intelligence. I had judges and police threaten to lock me up. I even had a judge order the court reporter to stop recording so he could cuss me out. The governments power is dwindling & fading & they are and will fight tooth & nail to keep this corrupt system in place. Be careful, they are without honor.

  • @FoxeoGames If prisons don't make money, then why are prisoners traded on the stock exchange as commodities? If prisons don't make money then why are most prisons PRIVATELY owned and operated? Surely it isn't out of the goodness of the corporations hearts. If Prisons and jails don't make money, then why does the federal government pay approximately $100+ per day for every day a person is sitting in jail? If cities don't make money on tickets, how are they buying new cars & gear all the time?

  • @FoxeoGames The fact that you state you work in Law enforcement only devalues your comment because anybody with intelligence knows that LEO's are ignorant of what the law really is. Police officers are nothing more than glorified tax collectors for the Corporation that the Queen of England owns and controls and are of the same mind set that the SS and Nazi's were/are. Not trying to offend you or insult you, only stating the truth.

  • @craterman01999 All cases are civil "contracts" and all contracts are commercial instruments. So all crimes are commercial. I had a judge tell me this was a criminal matter.. before I knew all of this (learning) I plead to the 'charge' but conditioned upon forfeit of bond, and time served "3 days".

I wish I had known about that because I could have C/A their offer upon proof of claim that it wasn't civil. rofl

At least that's how I see it now.

    cheers

  • @TheMrfrawg You should also know, that if they ever threaten you with contempt "Forgive me judge, so that I am not in contempt of this court, I will do and say anything you tell me to do or say, over my objection under threat and duress"

NEVER say I am sorry, always say "Forgive me" it isn't a request nor a demand, it is an obligation from the "supreme creator" to whom they swore an oath. If they don't forgive, then they know what happens if they don't. THEY wont be forgiven.

  • @TheMrfrawg "Contempt your honor, will that be a civil or criminal charge"? "Civil" there is no contract, Criminal there is no injured party. HJR 192 makes it illegal to "pay" a debt. The debts are suppose to be "Discharged" not dismissed. And the Judges (If you hold them to their oath) are required to "faithfully discharge the 'duties' of the office"

What's a duty? A legal obligation. So if the "legal obligation" is discharged then you are no longer obliged of the debt.

  • @TheMrfrawg yes they turn the meanings of the words around, hence they are in violation of the maxims of law from the very start, but if you stand under their rules then you agree to their jurisdiction.

“Woe unto you, lawyers! For ye have taken away

the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves,

and them that were entering in ye hindered.” - Luke. XI, 52

Lawyers don't even have an oath of office (required) to conduct business in the states.

    The truth is being unveiled.
