I want the old smoking section back at Lock 3! We can't watch the band where he moved it, behind a building. Called 'The Smoking Yard' (Boy does that sound like a prison term or what) - he took advantage of the indoor smoking ban to be a control freak.

also, what is this scam he has going on with the cameras in the school zones? he tells us it's to slow down cars in school zones, he used the tragic story of a child being pushed into the street during horseplay in a schoolzone as a perfect segway to implement this operation. there are always jerks who do not respect schoolzones. it was never an EPEDEMIC as this crook would have us believe. i don't care what the supreme court says, this camera business is a perfect example of organized crime.

This guy is a dollar chasin' crook. it's really depressing to drive around our city and see all the vacant buildings and lots where 10-15 years ago there were healthy & popular merchants. the loss of businesses isn't entirely his fault, but akron not being a desireable place to live IS. i'm sure he thinks he's great because there have been a couple of modern looking buildings thrown up downtown. with the exception of ellet, every school cluster is a JOKE, ellet high isn't that great.

Why did less than 20,000 people out of a population of over 200,000 vote? Even if you exclude minors and other party affiliates, a less than 10% vote is ridiculous. I know a lot of people who wanted him out, but neglected to vote. That's a huge part of the problem.
