The Portable Edge Bander is a manually operated woodworking machine for wooden edge frame finishes. Designed for the smaller shop to allow the customer to be both flexible and profitable. Designed for quick and simple changeovers all at an affordable price and trustable quality.

The Portable Edge Bander supports the frame, adheres the banding materials (wooden band, plastic band, or melamine paper band), and finishes wooden pressboards with sealed borders, straight angled banding, inner and outer arcs, and circular boards in the manufacturing process. Input Power: 220V / 110V signal-phase, with three-prong ground plug.

The Portable Edge Bander have a 0.3mm to 3mm capacity of bands thickness and Edge's band's minimum/maximum width: 10 ~ 45 mm, The feed rate of 4 Meter per minute. And Suitable for low temperature hot-melt adhesives (melting point 120 C to 170 C)

The Portable Edge Bander weight is very light at Min. 8KG and cost effective and easy to use!
