Love this song Tony - your voice and the version haunts me in such a positive manner and reminds me of the old ambulance that ye had and the night coming from Omeath to Newry when we were all searched and intimidated by the UDR - ye went on stage very late at the Town Hall to a huge crowd and I joined ye on stage to assist Kathleen with "Kerry" which I had taught her that day.
I was the buddy of Desi G from Kerry.
Great memories of you all!

What a beautiful song. It's as sweet a lullabye as I've ever heard. I love the Irish music and I like your voice very much. It has a lilt to it that is seldom heard. Both my parents were Irish and we've had some real great music and dancing in our past years with family and friends getting together. Thank you for posting. - Paula

And modest as well you always said how good your friends were...Youve made me cry, Ill say it again, Irish music speaks to people in any culture in any time period, if you have any heart at all this will move you.
