Here is a small sample of a short hop Es opening and my pileup on 6-30-2009. The sporadic Es opening was open as short as 275 miles at times. I worked over 200 stations in just over an hour. Gotta love the magic band. Included in this video is a contact with my friend Craig KB3RHR.

  • I was going to say, with 6m being that short, I would have been checking 2m; which you said that you were, so you are obviously a good VHF op. You should see the pileups that I generate on 6m: I am the "only" 6m operator that lives in DM29. Yes, they do grid expeditions to DM29, but I am the only native.

  • Like your videos. Watch my videos of my fun on 6M and 10M

  • Good job.....

  • Wow I thought you were on 60 meters there that was some pileup. Can't wait until 10 meters regulrarly sounds like that.
