Lego MYT engine - partially completed

If you went there and familiarized yourself with the engine, and have manufacturing skills, I'd really appreciate it if you'd give me advice on how to make the piston disks & rods, the piston chamber, and how to make it relatively air-tight.

The two spinning rods I follow at the end (1:03-1:13) are supposed to represent a combustion chamber.

The odd sounds are from the nearby heat vents and my brother (he's messin around with one of our cats and isn't retarded).

You just have the rotation mechanism? What about the pistons and such?

I don't have the tools (yet) to make the pistons and the piston chamber somewhat air-tight. If you know of certain plastic manufacturing methods that would allow me to do that, I'd appreciate it.

Really good demonstration of the mechanism!

It is quite complex but this shows how it works just nicely. Too bad I dont have my Lego's anymore :)
