Yeah, at Rasputin's here in San Francisco these 20-30 year olds who listen to new rock blanked out on me when I asked about WOV. Man....

I was recently in a record shop in DC, where I found to my shock and surprise the salesperson there was playing cuts off of "Dark Continent"! Such a great band . . . I was a HUGE WoV fan back in the early 80s - too bad they could only put out two studio albums with the classic lineup. The Andy Prieboy-fronted version of the band was a pale imitation of the original. IMHO, Stan Ridgway WAS Wall of Voodoo! Cheers to all you fellow WoV fans!
