Because of the dynamic and figurative way of I and I culture one cannot tell with certainty where the filming is done. But the content looks heavily to I-thiopia. Most probably the film is actually made there. If not, then Jamaica.
About my being in I-thiopia: I have not been in the country. But I-thiopia in the broad sense stands for Africa .... I have been to Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya and DRC. I look forward to Addis.

It depends on how deep you want the answer. Originally they are from Africa. They have experiences of Jamaica. Some are physically in Jamaica. Some are physically in Africa, already. Well, they (we) are all spiritually in Africa, or at least working on it - Repatriation. Do you know about the Shashamane Rasta community?
