no however high it rolled to is how much the curl is.... sometimes when ur perming like this u want to get strength so that it stays more volumized after blow drying. It depends on how you blow dry it really..

Im sure the perm was only done on the ends to give the hair the curl memory it lacked.. So she could curl it like that or flip it out

look!!he just simply attached the unrolled hair left on the roller.never seen this at any saloon.even my mom gets her hair permed,the hairstylist did a very careful way so the curl looks nice,not messy

Not as much curl as I would've liked, but still a nice overall style on a pretty girl. Enjoyed watching her get it cut then permed, good stuff, ty.
