Sonko:Lord of impunity

Makadara Member Of Parliament, Gedion Mbuvi alias Sonko is at it again. Sonko this afternoon ordered his bodyguards to break a city council clamp placed on his car for double-parking. The car had been clamped after parking attendants found in an undesignated zone, without a parking ticket. The Nairobi City Council is promising to take legal action against the mp but as Vincent Oduor reports, impunity it appears is Sonko's other name.
