@rrredzzz They are very interesting creatures and are somewhat easy to take care of. I guess it depends on where you live. They can be found at some petstores, online stores, in your garden or for sure at the L.A Bug Fair.

@0seadragon0 So they actually make good pets ?? Where could i get one ?
-
@rrredzzz They love people that much they REFUSE to get back in their tanks lol They like to clamber up your arm and onto your head. If they escape it's only a matter of time before you find them up high on something.

I have one! Her name is Tonks and she HATES Tobuscus. SHe's just like, clawing the screen and then backing away and flipping out whenever she hears his voice.

@0seadragon0 Mantises are very territorial. If they see another mantis in the mirror, they'll try to stand their ground. They're also quite surprised at the fact that they didn't hear or smell the other mantis coming.

@0seadragon0 Yeah, I think you're right... I guess that, from now on, I won't just let my mantis in front of a mirror, and that's it...
Thanks for the response! :D
For some reason, my mantis freaks out when it is in front of the mirror... 0.o Is it normal?

@UnWantedTroll
Have you ever held a mirror infront of a betta fish? You know how they 'puff up' and get all ready to attack? I assume that it is the same for mantids. I think it's normal.
