the second pitch you threw was good, you get your hips in good...the only thing i'd work on is your timing with arm up when you land. If you don't have your arm up or on its way up by the time your stride foot lands, you put unnecessary stress on your arm.
yeah if you have no balance position. just cause you land on the balls of your feet doesnt mean you automatically drift. you have to stay stable and drive your hips and arm throught from the balanced position.
need more practice on his feet.. you can see that his left feet is not landing straight at the catcher, when he land he feet is goin to 3rd base.. that why he throwin balls
if he pitched to a normal sized hitter he would probably walk him after 7-8 pitches
