whatever happen to that VOICE OF SAFETY now a days instead its. COP: get the fuck out get the fuck out of yo car mister/nigar/wight trash or other slang words. they dont even say sir anymore fo that matter. @RetroRacer13

Neat film - you can see the guy who double parked shifting into first before taking off. Detroit was beautiful in those days. You can see the trolley cars.

"Red signal lights mean that pedestrians, as well as motorists, should stop and wait." - - - Dumbed down pedestrians would do well to learn from the reverse of this statement: If the cars on your side of the road have a green light, so do you. - - - It is surprising how many pedestrians will become entirely stranded if the pedestrian-specific signal isn't available or working properly. In any case, thanks for sharing and, as seattlekos said, I too can't help getting the Barney Fife vibe.

LOL they must've used this film for the inspiration for Barney Fife! I think 70 years later, we sure could use this voice of reason... but then again, someone would prolly pop a cap in his head just for good measure. Thanks for sharing this rare find!
