Lisa's Raw Red Cabbage Salad is a raw food recipe that takes literally 2 minutes to make and you can keep it in the refrigerator for a few days and have for more than one meal!

Efficiency when it comes to making raw food, vegan, or whole food meals is what I like best!

  • wondering how this is for people like me with digestive problems and i need to use green cabbages i just added tomates and dressing but this looks good, i would leave salt out and i never use olive oil which might be werid, my thing is i like salad but hate mushy anything only way i can eat veg is if they crunch good video like the jumping in thing

  • I had all the ingredients but, was skeptical about the taste. I tried a small batch and wow I am excited. It is very palatable and my 14 y/o son even likes it. He suggest adding apples or olives. Thanks for this video!

  • pfftl...red cabbage, garlic ( finely chopped ), olive oil, sea salt, a touch of pepper, red wine vinegar. Eastern European Recipe...but it works and staaaays ( in a jar ) for quite a while. Mind you the longer you leave it in the fridge, the more garlicy it will be !

    -some chopped raw red cabbage

    -plain no fat yogourt

    -olive oil

    -balsamic vingar

    -dash of salt and pepper

    -couple cloves of garlic

    SOOOO good!!!

    I used to cringe at cabbage, but after eating this salad I love it! And it has so many health benefits too!

    Yay cabbage :)
