You know why this bass solo is so greatly built up? The clue is Vinnie!!! Just listen how greatly he builds up the dramaturgy of it. Amazing dynamics!
Ok, Tal is great too, but she don't play a very extraordinary bass solo here... The band and mostly Vinnie does the art-work here.

Wait. What's that amp on the left of the marshall stack? Beck is using something besides Marshalls??!?? Anybody know?? Wow.

The amp next to the Marshall is a Channing. I'm pretty sure it's a custom/boutique company. The Marshall was just for show, or stage volume.
