People are still living pretty normally in Gaza - getting married, giving birth and yes, celebrating that. If they don't have money, if they live in squalor, that is because HAMAS SPENDS ALL THEIR CASH ON WEAPONS.

If Hamas is smuggling weapons into the Gaza strip by the BOATLOAD, it's not surprising that they can't afford to repair roads, for example, or equip hospitals(which is why many Gazans get treated in ISRAELI hospitals, ironically).
