You like using garlic I found a spice it`s called Garlic Plus has all the garden in there Awesome flavor Club House makes it puts a zing to everything it like that hidden ingredient .

I had a similar smoker & had to part with it when I moved here. Been using a Kettle & indirect since. Buying a house soon though & getting my buddy back!!!!!

done this a few times without a fancy ass Yoder...and I'm from MA . i hooked it up just like he does except using more red stag and instead of a bourbon rub i use a mix of (A1&garlic powder) used a homemade smoker bin over an open coal pit wood fire. but this is still a bomb resp if you have a yoder props to Smokingpit
