If you look at the average anual temperature per year, it is increasing in an overall fashion, that is why we call it global warming. Global warming does in fact create these drastic changes in our climate which we are seeing i.e. extreme winters, storms, droughts, floods, etc.

Just so you idiots know, dictators are produced from socialist, left leaning agenda's, not conservatism and free market agenda's, like Mr. Harper promotes. Socialists like new laws and control (as do Canadian Liberals), not free choice and open markets, Like Mr. Harper does. Mussolini was a socialist before he became fascist, Hitler's nazi party was socialist until they had a good enough grip on society to take complete control and become fascist.
