I truly don't know how or what you(OxAO) mean by stating that CNN 'attempts to discount' by using that video. TV images may have been edited and cut from previous footage - who would be able to tell? As nobody else is there filming this unless they have express permission from the authorities. Other broadcasters are barred or jammed.
