  • I don't know much about keeping speed and getting large. For diet, it's pretty simple. Consistentcy over a period of time will yield big gains.

  • @gregde71 Canned tuna, porridge, chicken breast, protein shake, broccili, green tea,MILK Lots of it, cheese, fish, Potatoes, rice, just anything thats not fucken sick like mcdonalds or burger king

  • @McAndrew009 if you mean the upright rows, it will be working the back of your shoulders, upper back, and traps.
