its all about diet, i bet anything d5 doesnt play around when it comes to that, half you guys see a big dude and think "roids" just because you dont know jack about nutrition in the first place.

@gregde71 Canned tuna, porridge, chicken breast, protein shake, broccili, green tea,MILK Lots of it, cheese, fish, Potatoes, rice, just anything thats not fucken sick like mcdonalds or burger king

This is classic, I still watch this before I lift sometimes. I would like to see another D5 lifting update.
oh and i dont have the best choice of food at my house... im looking to change that. any examples of what i should be eating???

I don't know much about keeping speed and getting large. For diet, it's pretty simple. Consistentcy over a period of time will yield big gains.
