Suica transportation card

The Suica card is a subway card that you load money onto. Everytime it's used, it depletes from the funds you load on it. It isn't limited to just subways; you can also use it in any store or vending machine in any subway station. It also gives you access to private subway lines. But the best part of it is how it's read. You can keep it in your wallet, never needing to take it out. So really all you do is put your wallet on top of the sensor and it'll read it. I wish NY would do something like this too..
