Land O'Lakes Teams Up with Baskets of Hope Program

Land O'Lakes, WCCO-TV and the Emergency Foodshelf Network (EFN) are partnering during the 2011 holiday season in support of the Baskets of Hope Program to help families in need. Baskets of Hope is a holiday program that distributes free meal packages to local family facing hunger. Each "basket" contains a traditional holiday meal (turkey, vegetables, rolls, fruit, pie, etc.) which will feed a family of up to eight people. In 2010 EFN expanded the Baskets of Hope program and made it more accessible by distributing the packages through 16 partner locations around the Twin Cities.
