Hell, that alone is a good workout for kettlebell beginners. Don't think I could do much after that warm up! lol

Kettlebel workouts look easier that they really are. I'm in decent shape but I couldn't do what he does with that size weight, at least not right away, and I would sucking a lot more air than that. lol
