Kettlebells have been used in Eastern Europe and other parts of the world as the go to tool for full body strength and conditioning and are now quickly becoming an essential part of many athletes training routines.

In this video, certified strength and conditioning coach, Rik Brown, will guide you through the basics you'll need to implement kettelbells into your workout. He will start off by introducing you to some basic warm ups and

Guy looks pretty strong to me, especially after looking at your video kid.

  • Kettlebel workouts look easier that they really are. I'm in decent shape but I couldn't do what he does with that size weight, at least not right away, and I would sucking a lot more air than that. lol

Haha beefkid, you gotta love youtube trainers you say, yet you post a workout yourself. Gotta love youtube haters too, I guess.

  • Thank you for posting- am a newie and it has helped me.

  • LOL @ Beefkid. Do you really like beef? Maybe some sausage? Go back into your closet. As for your 15 year old kid, big deal.... Your ripping on Rik Brown whos a 52 year old grandfather. You bash Rik by saying that any MMA fighter wouldnt do these. You ever worked with a BJJ world champion? Rik has..., besides the video is Kettlebell BASICS, ya retard. Any MMA guy is going to be well beyond the basics. Next time boybeef, just stay behind the closet. Dont come out.

    Just keep enjoying your beef.

  • @takemedeep

way to talk shit. thats a 15 yr old kid in my video and doing 40' plyo jumps. Yea Im sure you know tons of white boys who re 6'2 weighing 210 lbs who can do that

  • The warm ups are legit.

  • the video is amazeing grate work

  • Great advice! Most people don't understand just how important warming up is to a workout.

  • Hell, that alone is a good workout for kettlebell beginners. Don't think I could do much after that warm up! lol

  • @beefkid What exercises would you recommend? Please post the links or channels.
