This is propaganda, while saying that Iran is not after a nuclear devise. is saying that we may use one against Iran. Iran is actually very close to Russia and China, they are strong allies. But standing against NATO means billions of deaths, not something to be taken lightly. So, Russia & China would like to prevent a war as much as possible but I doubt they will be willing to start an apocalyptic war by declaring war against NATO.
