Erica confronts Greenlee about hiring Lena to work at Greenlee's Grandfathers company. While the two spar Carlos steps in to defend Greenlee. Greenlee tells Carlos why she helped Bianca and Lena and that it had nothing to do with being a nice person it's because of Leo. (6/10)
Simone brings a "catch" for the Sexiest Man Alive competiton for Greenlee and Kendall to meet. (6/12)

Whoa, I never noticed... Carlos totally has a mullet. Maybe that was the problem.

Was anyone on the planet shipping Greenlee with Juan Pablo or Carlos? They desperately wanted her to be with a Latin guy, but those two guys just didn't have any chemistry with her (and were kind of awful actors). Now that I think about it, I wonder if they were trying to reinvent a Hayley and Mateo couple?
