  • Hi fat diet is a hit or miss. If you're right on the money with your definitions and you're a couple of weeks away, then I would say go for a hi fat diet. Other than that, you'll miss your weight class and end up being the lightess in the other class. You want to be the heaviest in your class but with all your cuts. try to mess with eating a steak at night and see how you look in the morning. If you look even more ripped with veins then you know, to do it the night before the show.
