@CountessOfFlames No, it was just for that one episode where he tried to expand on his personality limits, or something like that, and something went wrong(of course). His eyes looked like that because it was his dark side/evil-mode.

@LechuCzechu I actually have several other channels in which i make movie edits
they are: editingroom3, editingroom5, editingroom6 (there used to be a lot more but youtube kept banning me, which is why i created multiple accounts in the first place.
one of the reasons i started focusing soley on TNG is because youtube doesn't seem to have a problem with them (unlike the constant problems i had with movie clips)
the idea you mentioned has actually been done by someone, i remember seeing it
