I believe so. I think the only productions of Gerard Presgurvic's version are in french, austrian, dutch, hungarian, english, and recently spanish I believe.

nooo=)russian(pretty popular in Russia) and belgian also exist=)))didn't heard about dutch and recently italian appeared(pretty week from what i saw)...=))many versions=)))

oop you are right I totally forgot about the Russian one...and I meant to say belgian and not dutch. whoops. I thought the italian version wasn't Gerard Presgurvic's music.
