If you knew the Constitution of Honduras you wouldn't be saying "as the Constitution allows". First of all, yes there is a procedure for such consultation, but it has to be proposed by the people, and not promoted by the president, as was the case. Secondly, this "consultation" has to be sent to Congress. Last, no referendums can be made 6 months PRIOR to elections, that is the main reason why the Judicial Courts deemed it INCONSTITUTIONAL!!!

Pueda que no seamos bilingues al 100%, pero no implica que no sepamos ingles. Cada dia mas pruebas de robo, asaltos, delitos que siguen acumulandose y dicen que somos los golpistas? A ver cuando el gobierno chavista se ponga cuantos van a seguir llorando que regrese Mel!! Ignorantes los que estan con el imperio Chavista!!
