Necro is my all time favorite SF character, and it's sad that he'll never be in another game... I was really hoping him or Q would have been in 4.

I just also want to add that tier lists arent all what they are cracked up to be. Yun can get his shit rocked any day by a necro, or hugo; I've seen it happen. I personally don't believe in tiers; i just happen to like lower tier characters by coincidence. Necro and Urien are my characters, and i think they are two of the coolest niggas to use

@cloudzero1 idk, i disagree. Im not saying he would have, but it be a good ass fight. Is there one with Sugiyama vs KO? Personally, id have to say PinoAB7 is the nastiest necro player ive seen but sugi's up there
