@kostaras2 Yes it's a hymn composed by Romanos Melodos in 6th century a.d. And it is sung in all orthodox countries on Great Friday.

Does anyone know where I can find an English translation of this song, and/or other Fairuz Good Friday songs? The words are so beautiful, I would like to know what they mean in my own language.

@shunkahato They are the first two stanzas of the First Stasis, and the first three stanzas of the Second Stasis of the Holy Friday Lamentations. It's too long to post in one comment, so I recommend seeing the videos of youtube member GreekOrthodox that are Greek but with a complete English translation. They begin with:
In the tomb they laid Thee,
Thee, O Christ, who art Life;
in amazement angel armies lift up their song
as they glorify Thy self-abasement, Lord.
