Bye Garner!

Herbert Midgley, the Internet Legend, says goodbye to the tallest building in East Texas! The Garner Apartments Dorm will be raised (torn down) in a few weeks. Here is one last look walking up the stairs.
BTW I had just come back from my three mile run and was in a hurry to get to the top. FYI

Cost too much to fix, building a new dorm,

new is better of course.

It was fun to walk up 13 stories in a few minutes!

I mean, I assume everyone has vacated, so it would be cool if you could go exploring all the rooms and stuff.
