People with well defined Myalgic Encephalomelitis (ME) have become even more ill from doing the Lightning Process. Yet Lightning practitioners deny that.

Research reported by ME Research UK found over 30% of people given a diagnosis of 'Chronic Fatigue Syndrome' did not have ME, or CFS, but suffered from unrelated conditions, including depression or sleep apnoea. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is diagnosed on the presence of fatigue for 6 months. The rigorous Canadian Consensus ME Criteria is: Symptomatically ill after exercise, and must also have neurological, neurocognitive, neuroendocrine, dysautonomic, circulatory, and immune manifestations.

"45% reported an improvement" i'd say that was pretty good for something conventional medicine can't seem to fix or 'cure'. Plus the fact that people who consider themselves well or 'recovered' from the Lightning Process probably don't hang about with the ME Association or other support groups as they no longer consider themselves as ME Sufferers. And they'd probably get lynched or told they can't have had 'real ME' if they got better using the Lightning Process. Interesting.
