You get extra content if you subscribe, Meaning you get any new textiles, monsters, items, and skills that are thrown in into the game in the subscriber only areas. The game is completely balanced when it comes to the subscriber/nonsubscribers. Everyone can play any class.

@HazmatBrigade no hanbitsoft is bought the game and are planning to realse in it in North America this year but what mod are u talking about can you please tell me? They are also realeasing a new expainson pack

The servers are down, but in Korea it's an free mmorpg by HanbitSoft, the try to get the licency for EU/US.

I haven't been on in a while... you might be able to get away with it on a lower grade (but not too much). And there are a few people online. Not billions, but *shrugs*

Well, if the servers are still up *I haven't been on in a while. Last I checked the game was being shut down until its brought up by another company* I'm not sure when EITHER of those things will happen, but if the servers are still up or taken by the other company, YES.

The official servers... aren't coming back. However... there is a group that I've found lately that has made the first MOD for Hellgate, and is planning on getting some servers xDD
