This doesn't say Bush is to blame for 9/11 -- but IT SHOWS THAT BUSH & RICE TOOK MORE THAN 7 MONTHS TO ACT ON AN URGENT WARNING FROM THE PRINCIPAL COUNTER-TERRORISM ADVISOR TO THE NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL STATING THAT THERE WAS AN "URGENT NEED" FOR THE HEADS OF THE CIA, FBI, & DEFENSE DEPT TO BE CONVENED TO MEET ABOUT THE AL QUAIDA THREAT -- by which time it was far too late.

The 9/11 commissioners were a bunch of asshats. Bush was barely president half a year when 9/11 happened but of course it is all the fault of his administration for not acting on the vague threats.

How many vague URGENT THREATS do you think they were dealing with? Why didn't the previous administration deal with when al Qaeda attacked us every year or so? Bush had plenty on his plate right away as it was since the previous administration pretty much did nothing, and probably actually hurt our intelligence capabilities.
